CAS 105: Word Processing Software

Course Description

Provides an opportunity to become proficient in the use of a currently popular word processing package. Previous typing helpful but not required.

Course Format

This course is currently offered in classroom and online formats.  The instructor and lab technicians are also available to assist you in person during regularly scheduled hours.  To register for this course, see Harper College Credit Registration.

Required Materials for Sections WORD 2007 section W28

  • Textbook
  • Internet access and a Harper Blackboard account configured with your current email address.
  • Access to a computer running a licensed or free trial version of Microsoft Word 2007. Harper computer labs I 223 and Y 203 may be used for this course.
  • No on-campus attendance is required.
