Associate in Applied Science Degrees
The degree programs in Computer Information Systems are designed to prepare students for jobs as computer programmers, network administrators, help desk analysts,web developers, e-learning developers, and computer application specialists. Students may seek entry level positions or supplement existing knowledge for their present job. Depending on courses chosen, some degree programs are accepted for transfer to four-year colleges. CIS A.A.S. Degree Programs
Courses are offered in the evening and during the day to permit part-time students to meet their particular training needs and to reach an achievable goal within a reasonable time period.
To accomodate student's varying life styles courses are offered in a variety of formats, including eight-week, 16-week, blended, Online, and Flexible Start.

Adults 25 and older can complete an associate degree in two years by
attending class one night a week for four hours!
While the Adult Fast Track Degree Program
is concentrated and rigorous, it is manageable for individuals who are
motivated and disciplined. This program is for adults 25 and older. It
will help you meet your educational goals quickly and successfully.
Career Opportunities
Graduates of the CIS program may find employment as programmers, computer
service technicians, web designers, web developers, web multimedia developers, e-learning developers, desktop computer support specialists,
help desk specialists, or network support specialists.
A foundation is provided for advancement to positions such as systems
analysts, software developers, and network administrators with accumulated
experience and continued technical study.
