Bypass and Proficiency Tests
CIS students have diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Some students have many years experience in the working world. In order to best serve our students, the CIS Department and theTesting & Assessment Center utilize a variety of tests that students can take to prove knowledge and proficiency in the topic of a course.
CIS students have diverse backgrounds and life experiences. The Bypass and Proficiency Tests listed below allow students with information technology life experience and self-study to bypass courses or even to obtain college credit for their knowledge. The tests are proctored by the Testing & Assessment Center. Please contact them at (847)925-6541 to arrange for your test.
