MICROSOFT^® OFFICE SPECIALIST

Microsoft^® Office Specialist certification is a globally recognized standard for expertise with Microsoft^® Office Suite. Results of an independent research study of participants in the international Microsoft^® Office Specialist program indicate that up to 83 percent of employers believe their Office Specialist-certified employees are more productive.

William Rainey Harper College is an official Microsoft^® Office Specialist testing site. Microsoft^® Office Specialist Exams are offered by Harper College approximately three testing dates per semester. In addition, a minimum of one Computer Application Software (CAS) on-campus class is offered each semester. Using test simulated software, a CAS class reviews specific software topics in which the student is testing; each student takes a Microsoft^® Office Specialist Exam the last day of class.

CAS110 Core Microsoft Office Specialist Certification: Word
CAS120 Core Microsoft Office Specialist Certification: Excel
CAS130 Core Microsoft Office Specialist Certification: Access
CAS140 Core Microsoft Office Specialist Certification: PowerPoint
CAS150 Core Microsoft Office Specialist Certification: Outlook
CAS210 Expert Microsoft Office Specialist Certification: Word
CAS220 Expert Microsoft Office Specialist Certification: Excel
