Compliance Actions
Harper College does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion,

disability or unfavorable discharge from military service. This policy
governs the recruitment and admission of students, the recruitment and
employment of faculty and staff and the operation of any of the Colleges
programs and activities as specified by federal laws and regulations.
It is also the policy of Harper College that no student or employee shall
be subjected to sexual harassment, which is regarded as a form of discrimination.
Inquiries regarding Affirmative Action should be directed to the Vice
President of Human Resources/Internal Affairs. Inquiries regarding College
compliance with Section 504 of the 1973 Rehabilitation Act and the Americans
with Disabilities Act should be directed to the College Compliance Officer
for ADA/504.
