Student Financial Assistance - Scholarships

Each year the Board of Trustees of Harper College offers to graduates of high schools within the Harper district scholarships called Trustee Scholarships. The Trustee Scholarship is also awarded to two students selected from the general College in-district population who are not recent graduates from one of the district high schools.

Additionally, the Harper College Educational Foundation has established scholarships for Harper students. Criteria for these scholarships varies. The "Motorola Award for Excellence" is the highest honor a Harper student can achieve. Application for this scholarship is open to students from all College degree programs who meet criteria of grade point average, service and faculty recommendation. Additional scholarships in all areas of study have been provided through local organizations, corporations and private donors.
