Education Service Agreement

Businesses within the Harper College district offer Harper in-district tuition rates to employees who live outside the College district but within Illinois. The Education Service Agreement Program permits these employees of in-district businesses to attend Harper classes at in-district rates if their employers have registered for this unique program. The in-district tuition is available whether the cost is to be paid by the employees or by the company. Employers who are interested in this program should contact the Admissions Outreach Office.
