Mentoring Program
The goal of the New Faculty Mentoring program is to make the acclimation
of new faculty to the Harper Community an easy one. This program
links a new faculty member with an experienced faculty member from
the same division but a different department. The mentor and mentee
receive coupons for lunch in the Harper Cafeteria or Dining Room
and meet to discuss faculty issues. The mentoring process is an
opportunity to create new relationships on campus.
