As of October 2007, all nurses who need to RESTORE their license will be required to take the NCLEX state exam.

If your license is current but you only want a refresher program you are not required to take the NCLEX exam. The curriculum of Harper’s RN Refresher Program is designed to assist nurses returning to the hospital setting but should not be considered a comprehensive NCLEX review course.
