An independent federal agency making recommendations to the President and Congress on issues affecting 54 million Americans with disabilities. Includes a monthly update bulletin of activities.

NIMH, National Institute of Mental Health

R S A, Rehabilitation Services Administration

A group of individuals dedicated to discussing the need for a State Commission to address the needs and concerns of the deaf and hard of hearing citizens of Illinois.
