Ms. Rice earned both her B.S. degree in Mathematics Education and M.S. degree in Mathematics Education from Eastern Illinois University.

Ms. Rice began her association with Harper in the fall of 1975 as an adjunct member of the mathematics faculty in the Department at the Harper College.
