ONE POSSIBLE ANSWER:

I divided the Harperland realm into three regions: Wealthy Facland, Poor Stuudland/Flunk, and Intermediate Grads/Administraland.

Wealthy Facland is a developed region [see measures] with significant mineral wealth [see harmins]. It is comprised of heavily populated [see measures] plains and low hills [see harphys2] with a temperate climate [see harclim]. It has a fairly homogeneous population with most speaking Faculite [see harlang] and practicing the religion of Faculism [see harrelig].

Poor Stuudland/Flunk is the poorest regions [see measures]. Most people speak the Studd language and practice a Lamic religion.

Intermediate Grads/Administraland has a middle income economy [see measures] and many speak the Admin language and practice the Yid religion..

ANOTHER POSSIBLE ANSWER:

One could dividethe Harperland realm into two regions: Facland and Eastern Harperland.

Facland is a developed region [see measures] with significant mineral wealth [see harmins]. It is comprised of heavily populated [see measures] plains and low hills [see harphys2] with a temperate climate [see harclim]. It has a fairly homogeneous population with most speaking Faculite [see harlang] and practicing the religion of Faculism [see harrelig].

Eastern Harperland is a more diverse region, physically [see harphys2], culturally [see harlang], and economically [see measures]. Yet, their Lamic religions [see harrelig] provide a good rationale for combining these four countries into the same region. All four are also significantly poorer than Facland [see measures].
