	Tom L. Thompson Director, Access and Disability Services M.A. Rehabilitation Counseling, NIU B.A. Psychology / Philosophy, Trinity University Disability Services administration was an "accidental" career path, but a great one! I have loved the development work and working with many talented, caring staff. My areas of interest and specialization include: ADA/504 compliance, grant writing, program evaluation, career direction / spiritual growth and mentoring.
	Lori Eshoo Bilingual Secretary II A secretary since 1980 and a Harper/ADS employee since 1996, I've worked in travel, mutual funds, commercial real estate and a group home for deaf adults prior to coming to Harper. I truly enjoy the challenge and fast pace of working in the Access and Disability Services office!
	Eric Ross Assistive Technology Specialist I really enjoy using my problem-solving skills to enhance the student's learning experience. In this job, I've learned interesting things about how computers can improve the lives of disabled people.
