Gainful Employment Disclosure
One of our goals at Harper College is to offer high quality education programs that
prepare students with the career skills and knowledge required to compete in today's
marketplace.
The U.S. Department of Education requires colleges to disclose certain information
for any financial aid eligible program that, "prepares students for gainful employment
in a recognized occupation." Harper College has prepared information that includes
program costs; occupations that the program prepares students to enter; occupational
profiles; on time completion rate; and for the most recent award year: the number
of students who have completed the program, the number of students who complete the
program within the estimated duration, the job placement rate, and the median loan
debt incurred by those who complete the program. Gainful employment information for financial aid eligible programs is linked from
the College Catalog.
Educational program information is updated as new data becomes available. Whether
you are a current student or a prospective student, we hope that this information
is helpful in making informed choices about your career and education.
