Harper College

Quick Start Tips

https://www.harpercollege.edu/about/directory/msc/quick-start-tips-lytho-workflow.phpMarketing Services uses a project management platform called Lytho Workflow. This platform streamlines how you submit project requests and centralizes how we manage the projects once a request is submitted.

Benefits of Workflow

  • Request work, review and comment on work, receive final files, and collaborate on requests and reviews.
  • View a complete history of all your requests, files, and reviews so you can easily access past work and create new requests when needed.
  • All project communications between you and your Marketing Representative are kept within Workflow, so you’ll never need to hunt for an email. Log in to see the status of your projects whenever you wish.

What does this mean for you?

Our process hasn’t changed, just our job management platform. Our Marketing Project Request form is now located within the Workflow platform (along with other forms), which you can access from the Marketing Services web page.

How to log on to Workflow

  • Bookmark and visit: Sign in to Harper College (lytho.us)
  • Use the Single Sign-On option with your existing Harper email and password.
  • Choose from these forms to submit your request:
    • Marketing Project Request
    • Photo Request
    • Video Request
    • Web Request

Top tips for getting started

  • While the platform is new, many of our processes are not.
  • Requests will be addressed in order of institutional priority. Please submit your requests 6 to 10 weeks before your desired due date.
  • Before filling out a Marketing Project Request, please secure your dean/director’s approval for:
    • Project scope, budget (enter 0 if no cost is associated with the job) and the complete account number to be used (if needed for project).
    • If have a new account number or your number is not listed, scroll to the bottom of the account number list and select 9999-Account Number Not Listed. You will see a separate field to provide the new number.
  • We will contact you with an estimated date when your request will be addressed or recommend options that will help you achieve your goal.
  • Accepted projects will be assigned a Job Number.
    • Include this Job Number in all future communications throughout the project.
