Hullabaloo expected to draw thousands of students

HullabalooOne of Harper College's longest-standing traditions is Hullabaloo, an annual back-to-class expo for students.

This year’s event will feature more than 50 Harper clubs, organizations and departments seeking to better serve students and boost on-campus student involvement.

Hullabaloo will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, in the Quad on the College’s main campus, 1200 W. Algonquin Road in Palatine. In case of rain, the free expo will move indoors to the Student Center Lounge in Building A.

Students can scale a climbing wall, complete a military-style obstacle course and step into a money machine. The 101.9 MIX Road Crew will be on hand, along with a Mountain Dew sampling truck. Music will also play throughout the Quad.
