Learn valuable tips at Paying for College workshop

Harper College’s financial aid experts will offer valuable tips during a free workshop, “Paying for College: Learn and Apply.”

The hands-on workshop, which will show that college can be an affordable option for everyone, takes place at both 5:30 p.m. and again at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6. It will be held in Room Y203d, Building Y, on the College’s main campus, 1200 W. Algonquin Road in Palatine.

Experts will go over the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, as well as scholarships, grants, tuition waivers and payment options.
