HSE Distinguished Scholar Award
AED students who have attended and passed at least 40 hours of HSE classes at Harper may apply for this competitive scholarship if they pass the HSE Tests. Upon receiving their official HSE Test results, students may submit an application with an essay to be considered for this award. The scholarship covers the cost of in-district tuition for up to 60 credit hours at Harper. Coursework must be completed within four years from the start of the award date. Additionally, if a scholarship is awarded, a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 (a "B" average) is required to continue scholarship eligibility.
HSE Graduate Award
AED students who have attended at least 40 hours of HSE classes at Harper may receive this scholarship if they pass the HSE exam. To be eligible for this award, students must complete and submit an application. The award provides for a tuition and fees waiver for three semester hours of in-district tuition at Harper College.
