Virtual Gratitude Yoga

Gratitude Yoga provides an inviting environment to genuinely connect and graciously remind ourselves of what we are grateful for and utilizes synchronized poses and breath work to enhance circulation, flexibility, balance and inner calm. All levels welcome.

Note: Campus Recreation wants you to stay healthy and physically fit while practicing social distancing. To keep you motivated, we have developed live workouts daily provided by our certified group exercise instructors.
