Get moving with Harper College’s Alumni and Friends Virtual 5K!
Join fellow alumni
Sign up for the 4th Annual Harper College Alumni and Friends Virtual 5K and run, walk or jog a 5K race (3.1 miles) at your own pace!
Join the fun while practicing social distancing safety guidelines. Get outside and stretch your legs while supporting student scholarships.
Share your photos and runs stats on social media. Make sure to tag Harper College!
Submit your results using the button below and receive a commemorative 5K Harper Alumni
running belt.
Race Dates
Anytime between September 8 – 30! You have three weeks to run your race! Complete all at once or split it up.
Race Location
Wherever you want!
At home on your treadmill, in your neighborhood or find a creative location to complete!
$20 (proceeds to support student scholarships).
Registered participants will receive a race bib number that you can download/print
and a Virtual 5K commemorative running belt.
Get Social while staying socially distant!!
Share your progress and race photos on social media. Make sure to tag Harper College and use the hashtag #harperalumni. Show your Harper Pride by wearing your Harper or Hawks gear or school colors. Prizes will be awarded for best photo and best race location!

If your 5K was in a unique location share that too—Harper alumni and friends are global. Whether your 5k is in Palatine or Paris, we can’t wait to see pics and hear about your experience!
