Pastor, Second Baptist Church, Palatine
Dexter Gardner serves as the pastor for Second Baptist Church in Palatine and has
over ten years’ experience leading and coaching process improvement projects for financial
institutions. He also enjoys working with community leaders and looks for opportunities
to help guide individuals and families in their faith and personal goals. Along with
being a recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2009, Dexter has been certified
in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) and Agile Scrum Methodology (Scrum Master).
