This holiday season, it's especially important to protect yourself and those around you from COVID-19 and other illnesses. The safest option is to stay home and continue practicing physical distancing. However, if you choose to gather, here are a few considerations from the Centers for Disease Control to help you and others stay safer around the holidays:

  • Consider hosting or attending outdoor gatherings if possible

  • Provide or encourage mask wearing if around others not living in your household

  • If you are planning to go out of your household, consider strictly avoiding contact with people outside of your household for 14 days before the gathering.

  • Limit number of attendees at gatherings as much as possible.

  • Encourage mask wearing, wash your hands with soap and water and bring hand sanitizer.
