At Harper College, we believe in you and are here to help you reach your goals. Mental Health and Well-Being Services provides support to students in three main areas: Personal, Career, and Educational.

Whether you need help fine-tuning your goals, tips for motivation and stress relief, support in navigating personal challenges, or strategies to improve your success habits, we’re here to help. Services are available individually, in workshops, and in small group formats, all free of charge for currently enrolled, credit seeking adult Harper students.
