Harper College will be closed Wednesday, November 27 through Sunday, December 1 for Thanksgiving Break.
Undocuboards have been established around campus. These bulletin boards are designed to showcase resources for undocumented students. Currently there is “takeaway” literature for scholarships specifically for undocumented students as well as information on current legislation.
We now have five UnDocuboards on campus. The locations are listed below:
Building A: 2nd floor, next to the elevator down the hall from the Registrar's Office
Building A: 3rd floor, across from A364
Building L: 2nd floor near the entrance that connects to Avanté
Building D: 1st floor near D158
Building D: 2nd floor near D255C

A student organization focusing on immigrant rights and support for undocumented students and allies has been established. F.A.U.N.D.S. stands to promote justice by defending and advancing the rights of our students through student led systemic advocacy and community education. Student Government Association and Student Involvement have established FREE Legal Services focusing on Immigration Law with North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic in Highland Park, IL. They will come to campus once a month and offer workshops related to the undocumented community. See upcoming workshops.
