Located in Building X, the Nutrition Lab is a state-of-the-art learning space for Dietetic Internship students that opened in 2021. The Nutrition Lab contains a professional food preparation area, complete stainless steel stove and counter tops, pots and pans, implements, bowls, ingredients, spices and servingware. There is a seating area for group work and discussions.
