The Harper’s Bizarre Fashion Club flexed their visual merchandising skills at the Harper College Bookstore. The students gained hands-on experience in dressing a themed window and the Bookstore landed a professional Harper product display in time for graduation. Win-Win!
What makes Italian luxury brands so successful and long-lived? Dr. Rigatto delved into the answers in an intriguing lecture. She also led a hands-on workshop teaching Harper students the technical art of making a jabot.

The “Reimagined: Old Hollywood” theme pays homage to the glamour, elegance, and cinematic drama of the Golden Age of Hollywood (1920s–1960s), while infusing it with modern sensibilities and innovation.
The theme of the 2025 Fashion Show was Cyberscapes: Align With The Future. Students were tasked with taking inspiration from the past to create futuristic designs with surreal, dreamlike and otherworldly qualities.
