HOPE Scholarship
The HOPE Scholarship is a $10,000 scholarship which can be used at Harper College
and/or at the recipient's transfer institution. This is a merit-based scholarship
that is open to all students meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Students who are entering their final year at Harper and plan to transfer to a 4-year
institution to earn a bachelors degree.
- Graduating in May 2026.
- 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Enrolled full time (12 hours or more each semester).
- 30+ credit hours earned by spring 2025.
- Clearly defined educational and career goals.
- Demonstrated community service and/or involvement in extracurricular activities.
- Commitment to women's empowerment.
