Following the record-breaking success of the INSPIRE Campaign, which raised more than
$33 million and established 75 new scholarships, the Harper College Educational Foundation
(HCEF) is proud to unveil its new strategic framework, guiding its efforts from January
2026 through June 2030.
This forward-looking plan renews HCEF’s commitment to its mission: Connecting college and community through philanthropy to support transformative education and career opportunities. At the heart of the plan is a simple, powerful impact goal: support 2,030 students by 2030.
Recognizing that financial resources alone isn’t enough, the new strategy emphasizes both financial and non-financial support to empower students to persist, thrive, and succeed. With priorities grounded in trust, community, and opportunity, the Foundation seeks to create a campus culture where every student feels supported—academically, personally, and professionally.
To achieve this, HCEF will focus on four key strategic priorities:
“We are excited to build on the momentum of the INSPIRE Campaign,” said Heather Zoldak, Chief Advancement Officer. “This new plan helps us envision a future where every Harper student has the resources and relationships they need to achieve their goals.”
The Harper College Educational Foundation invites the entire community to join in this next chapter. Together, we will continue transforming lives—one student at a time.
