Important News for Parents of Harper Students
New Student Orientation
The Center for New Students and Orientation (CNSO) is ready to assist your student with advising and registration questions.
After the student applies to Harper, they will be able to sign on to the MyHarper student portal. Here they will schedule both placement testing and Orientation.
- Degree-seeking students are required to attend Orientation.
- Certificate-seeking or student-at-large students are not required to attend Orientation. They are encouraged to contact CNSO at cnso@harpercollege.edu or 847.925.6208 with any advising questions after they apply.
How to Access Your Student's Information
Your student can give you access to view their tuition bill, financial aid summary and other records with HarperAccess.
To discuss information with a Harper representative, your student must give you Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) authorization. The form is only available in-person from the Office of the Registrar.
