The Ride | The Rhythm | The Rush

Indoor cycling unites cycling with amazing music for a workout that will lift your spirit, tone your body, burn calories in a low impact workout. These themed rides will be based on artists, or music genres. Bring a water bottle and arrive early to set up for the ride of your life. Campus Recreation and Harper Wellness offer a wide variety of group exercise classes FREE for Harper students and Health and Recreation Center members! Our classes are led by certified group exercise instructors with expertise in providing motivating, challenging and fun group exercises classes to a wide range of populations.

Indoor Cycling Class Descriptions

Flex & Ride

This circuit style workout is set to motivating music in the cycling studio. Flex and Ride combines segments of resistance strength training with upbeat cycling to help tone and strengthen your muscles and build overall cardiovascular endurance.  Arrive early for set up. (All Levels.)  

Rhythm Ride

This indoor cycling class unites amazing music with cycling on a stationary bike for a workout that will lift your spirit and tone your body all at once. Bring a water bottle and get ready to ride to the beat. (All Levels)
