Harper College

Pickleball Leagues

Overview

Our seasonal pickleball leagues provide structured weekly match play for adult participants. Designed for both casual and competitive players, leagues offer a great opportunity to stay active, improve skills, and connect with others in the pickleball community.

Leagues are open to adults ages 18 and older. Players of all skill levels are welcome. You do not need to be a Harper College student or employee to join.

Men's Doubles (12 Players) / Women's Doubles (12 Players)

Intermediate Skill Level

  • Week 1 - Random Draw Round Robin
    • All players will be randomly paired and rotated in a round robin format. This opening week is designed to give everyone a fair chance to play and se the initial standings.
  • Weeks 2-6 - Ladder League Play
    • Beginning in Week 2, court assignments will be determined by your win/loss record from the previous week. Players will "move up" or "move down" courts based on performance, keeping competition balanced and exciting.
  • Scoring & Tiebreakers
    • Standings are based on matches won. In the case of ties, total points scored and point differential will be used to break ties.
  • All registration must be done through the Health and Recreation Center App.
  • Most league matches are held on weekday evenings in the Health and Recreation Center Fieldhouse.
  • Exact dates and times are provided upon registration and may vary by season.
