The Testing Center is once again delivering exams on-campus in the Testing Center's Office (Building A, room A148) but by appointment only. Please schedule the test you intend to take using the associated link that follows.
If approved by your instructor, you could take an exam that was missed in class in the Testing Center. In order to do that, your instructor will need to submit the exam proctoring instructions and you will need to schedule a Make-Up Testing Appointment.
Please make sure that you have approval from your instructor to take a make-up test before scheduling an appointment.
If you need a place that can provide the required technology for Honorlock testing for your online or blended course, or even if you're simply looking for a quiet place to take a remotely proctored test, the Testing Center can provide that space. Schedule a Honorlock Course Testing Appointment.
For students whose first language is not English, we offer ESL placement test for our academic ESL program. The test takes place in our Liberal Arts North Division Office in Building D, room D138, and will determine if your English level is suitable for some college level courses and programs. The test consists of a 15-minute writing test, a 20-question reading test, and a short speaking test. The whole testing process takes about 90 minutes. To schedule your ESL placement test, visit How to Make an ESL Testing Appointment.
Please schedule a CLEP Testing Appointment. For more information about what is needed to purchase for a CLEP exam with the CollegeBoard/CLEP, what will be needed on exam day, and Harper College's CLEP scoring criteria, please refer the College's CLEP webpage.
Please schedule your on-campus TABE Testing Appointment.
For those that are eligible after successfully completing a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program in the state of Illinois, registering to take the CNA Licensure test occurs by creating an account and scheduling a Nurse Aide Test Competency Exam. For those interested in testing at Harper College, make sure you choose "William Rainey Harper College" at the desired testing location.
To register for the GED test, login to your personal GED account at the GED Testing website (first time test-takers will need to create an account). Harper offers regular, on-site testing for Harper College students and community members.
