Roosevelt’s graphic design program teaches you the skills needed to create visual
concepts and to communicate ideas. While using cutting-edge software, you will study
web, video, print, photography and digital animation as you prepare for success in
this competitive industry. You will also learn to communicate visually and verbally
by using an aesthetic perspective, developed through the study of design history and
theory. Upon completion, you will be equipped with the knowledge necessary for effective
visual presentation of verbal, photographic and graphic information.
Completion of Associate in Applied Science in Graphic Arts Technology OR Associate in Arts
Gain the knowledge and skills necessary for a successful career in administration
and organization of health care and medical laboratory settings.
Enhance your career opportunities as a working professional engaged in health care
service delivery or laboratory science fields.
Prepared for a successful career in administration, lab science management or technology,
as well as for graduate study in public health, health care administration or health
Courses are held on site at the Harper College University Center and online.
Completion of Associate in Applied Science in Healthcare Careers (Dental Hygiene,
DMS, DCS, Health Information Technology, Medical Office Administration, Radiologic
Technology, Surgical Technology) OR Associate in Arts or Science
MTH 101 and 165 (not required for admission but will need to be completed by graduation)

The human resource management major at Roosevelt is unique given our small class sizes,
student-focused faculty and real-world curriculum that prepare you for the demands
of today's fast-changing HR landscape. Learn the theory and the real-world skills
necessary to be a successful HR professional. You will get a hands-on education that
uses real-world cases, projects, and experiential exercises to simulate precisely
the types of activities you will do as a future HR professional, so you’ll be well-prepared
for the demands of the profession upon graduation.
