The Archives is located in Building F, 3rd Floor, Room 359 within the Library.
The materials in the Harper College Archives are available to administrators, faculty, students, staff, alumni and members of the community by appointment and during the following hours:
Summer Hours Open Building and Virtual Hours (May 20, 2025 - July 17, 2025):
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 9:30AM-3:30PM
Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: CLOSED
All research will be by appointment only. Please contact archives@harpercollege.edu to request an appointment during open hours.
Closed: July 18, 2025 - August 17, 2025 for Summer Break. Reopening for Fall 2025 Semester August 18, 2025.
The Archives is a non-circulating, closed-stack research collection so archival materials must be used on-site in the Archives reading room. The Archivist reserves the right to restrict access to records. Some archival materials are available digitally and may be accessed online. To make an appointment to visit the Archives, please email archives@harpercollege.edu.
