Finals Week Spring 2022 Events

Finals are coming up soon and we’ve created events to be sure you’re incorporating wellness into your daily routine. See below for all the Finals Week events we have coming up in May. Hope to see you there!

Monday, May 2nd:

Tuesday, May 3rd:

  •  Brain Yoga, 10am-12pm (Drop-in), Library Make Shop, F222 Studies show that taking a "brain break" throughout the day can boost your focus, creativity, and concentration. Visit the Library's Make Shop to relax and de-stress. Create a quick doodle with a 3D printing pen, or color a mandala on an old book page. Pick up a free laser-cut coaster on your way out to enjoy with your beverage.

Wednesday May 4th:

  • Refueling Station, 9am – 1pm, Building D (Rotunda): Stop by the Avante Concourse for a quick study break to grab a snack to help get you prepared for finals! Refueling your body while studying can help improve concentration and ability to retain information. Pick up a grab-and-go snack for all of your studying needs.

Ongoing:

  • Snack Attack Runners: Be on the lookout for our Campus Well-Being Peer Leaders on campus as they will be sneakily handing out free snacks to students to help them refuel as they prepare for finals! (Beginning week of April 25 – finals)
