AWS Systems Operations

AWS Systems Operations digital badge earners understand the duties of those responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining computer systems and a networking architecture in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environment platform. Participants are provided with the tools and knowledge they need to support existing cloud resources incorporated in these service models or on-premises resources that will eventually migrate to the cloud.
 
Prerequisite: Basic end-user skills such as Microsoft Office and familiarity with networking concepts.

Covers the duties of those responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining computer systems and a networking architecture in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environment platform. AWS supports an array of cloud service models, including Infrastructure-As-A-Service, Platform-As-A-Service, and Software-As-A-Service. Provides students with the tools and knowledge they need to support existing cloud resources incorporated in these service models or on-premises resources that will eventually migrate to the cloud. Prerequisites: AWS Fundamentals and CompTIA Network+ or equivalent experience.
