To register for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) courses:
Explore our upcoming courses now or browse the online schedule. For further information, contact Continuing Professional Education by email at cpe@harpercollege.edu, or call 847.925.6340.
CPE courses offer non-transferable credit and include assessments, attendence expectations, and grades. CPE grades will appear on your transcript and do not impact your academic GPA.
Students may drop a class up until the first date of class at 11:59pm. Dropping a course will award a full refund to the payee and will remove the course from the student’s transcript. Students may drop themselves through the MyHarper Student Portal or via an email to CPE@harpercollege.edu by the appropriate deadline date.
Students who wish to withdraw from a class after the drop date must withdraw officially either online or via an email to CPE@harpercollege.edu by the appropriate deadline date. The withdrawal deadline date is the mid-point between the start and end date of the CPE course. A student who does not withdraw officially from a class prior to the last date for withdrawals is subject to an FV (failing) grade.
CPE works with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and the Paths to College and Career grant to offer scholarships for people who are underemployed, unemployed, incarcerated, and previously incarcerated.
