Harper College offers a program in Azure Database Administration that prepares students for a career as a Microsoft Azure database administrator. The program covers the skills and knowledge necessary to design, implement, manage, and secure Azure SQL databases. It is recommended that students have a basic understanding of relational database management systems. No prior experience with Azure is required.
Upon completion of the program, students will be eligible to take the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) exam in Azure Database Administration. This exam is recognized by employers worldwide as a certification of skills and knowledge in Azure database administration.

Cisco CCNA Network Specialist digital badge earners understand standard networking devices, terms, and concepts. Participants demonstrate the ability to select, connect, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco switches and routers, as they are commonly used in small to medium-sized networks. Badge earners know how to install, operate, configure, and verify a basic IPv4 and IPv6 network, including configuring a LAN switch, configuring an IP router, and identifying basic security threats.
