Noncredit Strategies at Work (NSAW) Grant Program

At Harper College, we’re committed to supporting your professional journey; whether you're starting a new career, enhancing your current skill set, or seeking training opportunities for your business. Through the Noncredit Strategies at Work Grant (NSAW), eligible individuals can receive scholarship funding to access valuable training through our Continuing Professional Education and Community Education programs. 

You may qualify for NSAW scholarship funding if you are: 

  • An adult (18 or older), particularly if you are underserved by current education or workforce systems
  • Unemployed or underemployed and seeking marketable skills for better employment opportunities
  • A member of an underrepresented group within your current or desired career field
  • A small business owner or employee looking to develop job-specific or technical skills
  • An incumbent worker, supported by your employer to receive advanced or specialized training
  • An employer, seeking customized training solutions to enhance your workforce
