Dates and Times

Office hours

Office hours or other day/time combinations should be formatted as follows. Spell out days and months (no abbreviations). In day ranges, a "through" should be used between the start and end day. In time ranges, use an en-dash (or use the word "to") between the first time and second time. Do not use spaces around the en-dash if you use it. Also, there should be periods in a.m. and p.m. Times should be listed in as few numbers as possible (leave out the :00). List noon or midnight instead of 12 p.m. or 12 a.m. but do not use en-dashes to join words.
