During this session, authors of the book, Living-Learning Communities in Practice: A Guide for Creating, Maintaining, and Sustaining Effective Programs in Higher Education will present a practitioner-guided revision their 2018 Best Practices Model - advancing the original research-based model based on practitioner feedback of the model in practice. In addition, drawing on interviews with LLC practitioners throughout the country, the presenters will engage participants in a discussion about examples of the model in practice, share typologies developed for each element of the model, and a discuss the use of logic models for assessment.
