Generous. Generous people share credit, accept blame, and will always offer to pick up the check.          
A sense of proportion. People with a sense of proportion don’t panic; they understand perspective and have global fames of reference. They try to avoid polarization.          
Finally, as previously noted, confidence. Confident people enter a room with grace. They smile. They are comfortable in being who they are.
