Just as people trained in CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver help save thousands of lives each year, people trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help. Each year thousands of Americans, like you, are saying "Yes" to saving the life of a friend, colleague, sibling, or neighbor. QPR is a one-hour certification course with an optional 30-minute role-play session to practice new skills.

Mental Health Awareness (MHAT) is a one-time, evidence-based training that helps individuals be better prepared to respond to people experiencing mental health challenges and connect them with support. The C3 Project is a SAMHSA sponsored mental health awareness training, which aims to promote self-care and support those who work with youth ages 6-24 years, through cutting edge training and connection to resources. This training is offered virtually and in-person.
Lunch will be provided at all Mental Health First Aid Trainings (full day trainings), and in-person Mental Health Awareness Trainings (MHAT). Sign up required for all trainings.
