On Wednesday, January 21, 2015, the Harper College Educational Foundation hosted the 2015 Economic Update and Outlook Breakfast.  Sponsored by BMO Harris Bank, the event featured a presentation by Jack Albin, Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of BMO Private Bank.
