Each year the Grants Office works with the Executive Council, administrators, faculty, and staff to develop an Annual Grant Forecast. This information is provided to the College community as a preview of the external funding opportunities that Harper and the Educational Foundation will be pursuing in the coming fiscal year. This strategic forecast is aligned with and fully supports the College’s mission, Strategic Plan Goals, Presidential Priorities, and other strategic initiatives.
