Campus Conversations: “Equity Dialogues” Series: Harper College

Purpose:

This is a three-session Equity Dialogues series as part of our broader Campus Conversations. The purpose of this series is to afford faculty and staff a space to have meaningful conversations regarding integrating equity into our work. The topics selected are overarching such that faculty and staff can participate in comparable conversations.

Session 1: January O-Week, 1.11.23 "What does it mean to have an equity mindset?"
Session 2: Professional Development Day, 4.6.23 "Why is racial equity particularly important?"
Session 3: August O-Week, 8.16.23 "What does equity look like in our day-to-day jobs?"
