I want to continue building my knowledge and skills in accounting while gaining experience that will help me grow professionally and prepare for a successful career in the business and finance field.
My immediate goal is to gain hands-on experience as a Medical Assistant to deeply understand the patient journey. With my AAS in Medical Office Administration, I plan to transition into healthcare leadership, aiming to become an effective administrator who truly understands the clinical side of the business.
The next step in my career and education is continuing to grow my business while also investing in my future through education and new skills. I plan to expand Trisha’s Dog Walking and build stronger connections with clients in my community. At the same time, I want to attend dog grooming school so I can offer more services and gain hands-on experience working with animals. Earning my bachelor’s degree is also an important goal for me because it will help me continue learning, create more opportunities, and support my long-term success as a business owner.
I plan on attending Elmhurst University to complete a Bachelor's degree in accounting. That is the current plan, but things could change and interests could change in the span of 2 years. I also plan to continue running track at Elmhurst. I mainly run the 400 meter dash at Harper and I plan on improving at Elmhurst.
I look forward to continuing my education in the medical field, particularly in surgery. I’m excited for the opportunities ahead and ready to keep growing, learning, and pushing toward the future God has planned for me.
I am transferring to DePaul University to complete my bachelor’s degree in Finance. After graduation, I hope to begin a career in business and apply what I have learned to grow professionally and pursue the goals I have always aspired to achieve.
The next step for me is starting my career as a nurse and continuing to grow in the areas I became most passionate about during clinicals. My goal is to work in hospice care because I really value the compassion, comfort, and support nurses can provide to patients and families during such important moments. I’m also very interested in oncology nursing and hope to continue learning and growing in that area as well. Both experiences showed me how meaningful patient-centered care can be, and I’m excited to keep building my career around that.
I plan to pursue my BSN while starting my career in the hospital setting. I look forward to continuing to challenge myself and becoming the best nurse I can be.

Harper gave me a strong foundation, and now I’m ready to take the next step and see where this new chapter leads me
The next step in my career is transferring to Southern Illinois University, where I will pursue a master’s degree in English Education. I plan to work with high school students at a more mature academic level, and I may eventually advance into teaching at the college level as well.
The sky is the limit currently. I truly have no idea because I didn't even expect to go to college. Possibly continue my education or run my own daycare.
My next step is transferring to Loyola University Chicago and continuing my undergraduate studies in pre-law. After completing my degree, I plan to attend Loyola University Chicago School of Law to pursue a law degree. My goal is to become a successful lawyer and build a career where I can help others and make a positive impact.

I would like to thank my mom. She always pushed and encouraged me to go to college and make something out of myself, even during times when I doubted myself and didn't know what path I wanted to take.
