This strategy explored the infusion of employability skills in the College's career education and training programs with a focus on the adult returning student. Employability skills include: critical thinking, adaptability, problem-solving, oral and written communication, collaboration, teamwork, creativity, responsibility, professionalism, ethics, and technology application. The strategy was discontinued in spring 2014 due to inconclusive results from two trials.
