Compile a list of 10 strategies that provide faculty with ways to help students who arrive at college lacking essential academic behaviors (time management, appropriate communication decorum with faculty, etc.).

In FY2012, the team facilitated professional development sessions to begin work on the list of 10 strategies. In FY2014, the P-20 team met multiple times to review feedback gathered during those professional development sessions in order to begin compiling the strategies. During FY2015, the team completed the list of strategies based on the faculty feedback gathered during professional development sessions.
