Financial Wellness
Financial wellness is the ability to manage your current financial responsibilities
while planning for future stability. Money is a common source of stress, but learning
how to budget, make informed decisions, and access available resources can reduce
financial worry and support your overall well-being.
Students can take part in Harper’s financial wellness program called Financial Flight Plan: Your Journey to Financial Wellness. The program includes 1:1 financial coaching, interactive workshops, and online learning
tools designed to help you build lifelong money management skills.

college more affordable.
- Develop skills to create and manage a personal budget that supports both short-term
needs and long-term goals.
- Gain knowledge and understanding of financial tools like checking and savings accounts,
